Multiple world champion Jim Clark died this week in 1968.
Born into a farming family, Clark would established himself as one of the most talented drivers in the history of Formula 1. Winning F1 world championships in 1963 and 1965, the Scotsman was also the first non-American in almost half a century to win the Indianapolis 500. His death came during a Formula 2 race at Hockenheim.
