He celebrated the early defence of his title in Santa Cruz do Sul at the weekend. On BMW Motorrad Petronas Racing RR, Lussiana claimed his fifth win of the season and is out of reach as he leads the championship. He also reclaimed the lead in the BMW Motorrad Race Trophy. Read our news for information on Lussiana's superior performance that crowned him champion.

There is also news from Great Britain, where we welcome a new member to the BMW Motorrad Motorsport family: eleven-time TT winner Ian Hutchinson. “Hutchy” will race for Tyco BMW in 2016 – at international Road Racing events such as the legendary Isle of Man Tourist Trophy and on the racing circuits.
